Necessary Requirements:
- Strong entrepreneurial desire
- Computer skills
- Real Estate License (or ability to obtain a license)
- Outside sales experience, stock brokerage, life insurance professionals have excelled in our business
- Willingness to cold call
- Excellent communication skills
Typical “Day at the Office” for Assurance Agents
7:00 a.m. Market Research
8:00 a.m. Prospecting (Cold Calling Clients)
11:30 p.m. Networking Lunch or Client Lunch
1:00 p.m. Talking to Tenants in the office market
2:30 p.m. Touring office properties with clients
5:30 p.m. Returning phone calls, messages, “office work”
7:00 p.m. Hopefully, you are at home spending time with your family!
